Head of Sales - International Specialists (m/f/d)
Location: Freiburg region, home office also possible, office in Kirchzarten
Your tasks
- Design and scale sales strategy: Building, structuring and continuously optimizing our B2B sales processes from lead generation to closing
- Team building & leadership: responsibility for building a dedicated sales team including recruitment, induction, coaching and performance management
- Develop new customer business: Identifying and proactively approaching potential customers from key sectors (e.g. care, trade, industry, IT)
- Expand business with existing customers: Close cooperation with existing customers to identify new potential and build long-term loyalty
- Own business development: You are operationally active in sales in the initial phase and lead by example
- Market and competition analysis: Continuous monitoring of the market to sharpen our positioning and identify growth opportunities
Your profile
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the field of personnel placement, HR services or recruiting
- Proven success in building and leading sales teams
- Entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality - you can think strategically, but also deliver operationally
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Intercultural competence: Ability to recognize cultural differences and build bridges.
- Affinity for digital work: Confident in using digital tools and platforms.
- Language skills: Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Willingness to travelOccasional travel, even to India, is no problem for you.
